Our goal is to take care of you in a professional and courteous manner during your time in our clinic. We would like to offer the following tips and guidelines as a way to do this.

New Patient Visit:

• Thank you for choosing Digestive Health Specialists. We have listed a few items for you to prepare for your first visit with our clinic.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to complete the necessary paperwork.
• Please be sure to bring your insurance card(s) with you.
• Payment is required at time of service. You may pay by cash, check or credit card. Please contact our patient account representative if you have any questions on estimated for your visit. 662-821-1474 or 662-821-1455
• We will file your visit to your insurance company. You are responsible for services not covered by your insurance such as co-pays and deductibles.
• Please be sure to contact your insurance company prior to your visit to see if pre-authorization is required.
• Please bring a list of current medications that you are taking.
• Patient Registration Forms are on this website. Please print and complete these to bring with you to your visit.
